Free Shipping

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $99 within the United States.

For orders below $99, a flat shipping fee of $7.95 will be applied at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or federal holidays. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times within the United States:

• Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days (when available)

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations unless otherwise specified.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Shylachasity is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
