Refunds

Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the standard return procedure.
